3.) Providence Canyons State Park

  • There are 150 feet large 9 gullies for hikers, which are 300 feet wide and deep. 

  • The best gullies for hiking are a 2.5-mile loop which is easy and takes only 2 hours. 

  • For experienced hikers, a 7-mile backcountry trail is the best option that will allow you to explore the steep-grade terrain while hiking across the river birch. 

  • Beautiful geological layers present a marvelous scene because they have been eroding for the last 200 years due to poor farming practices done in the 1800s.
