You are here: Home | North America | USA
The USA is a true giant. It is the world's third most populated country (after China and India), with a whopping 330 million people living there. Its landmass covers 3.8 million square miles, only a fraction smaller than the entire continent of Europe! Therefore, it is no surprise that anything is possible in the USA. Do you want to get lost amongst the mountains in a stunning national park? Surf some waves? Shop till you drop? or soak up some impressive art and culture? You can do all of that right here.
The United States has so much to offer that it won't be possible to do everything in one trip. Picking the must-see destinations completely depends on your vacation preferences. If you're looking for a beach vacation, then Florida or Southern California are going to have the best beaches around. If you enjoy the vibrant city life with lots to do, then check out New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco. If you are travelling with children, then check out the best things to do in Boston with kids. If you want to explore the natural beauty of the US, then head to the Grand Canyon National Park, Yosemite National Park, or Yellowstone National Park. A roadtrip in USA must be an unforgettable experience, like seeing the fall colours on a road trip in Colorado.

Did you know that the USA does not technically have any official languages? Only around half of its states have made English an official language, and there is actually no official language at the federal level. Linguistically, it is an incredibly diverse country. Whilst almost everyone living in America speaks English, 13% of its population speaks Spanish, and around 1% speak Chinese.
Depending on where you go, you will find lots of diversity in culture, food, and nature. Head out to the west coast for a relaxed vibe and endless national parks. Check out the southwestern states for some incredible Mexican and Tex-Mex food with beautiful desert landscapes. Go to the south to try some delicious barbecue and southern home cooking. Or check out the north for fresh seafood and a ton of cultural landmarks. Wherever you end up, you can be sure the people will be friendly, the food will be good, and there will be plenty to do.
