Based mostly on the Memorial Parkway, this science center is an ideal place for adults and kids. When you walk into the Camo Walton Schoolhouse Museum, you will get to see the history of schooling in entire Florida. This building got initially used as a school between 1911 and 1912 and till 1936. A replica inside shows the visitors what it was like in those days to attend a school. You get to see the early 20th century desks and model classroom. It is interesting to note that Camp Walton used to be a neighborhood during the military and got designed to educate the soldier's children. Once the school got closed, the building had its long history as well. Currently, it belongs to a Heritage Park and is very close to Indian Temple Mound Museum.
