Fundamentally, the term Tier One denotes a solitary position that is superior to all the rest and takes pride of place at the top of all lists. In an effort to try and assimilate the quality, time and workmanship that has gone into the manufacture of our clothing, it was only right that we named the company after everything we believe in and how all our products are produced.

Upon leaving Bristol University with a law degree under his belt, Tim Leach, the founder of Tier One Clothing, decided to do a ski season before settling down to what he hoped would be a long and prosperous career fighting the dark side. It was on this ski season, however, that Tim’s course for life was inadvertently changed forever.  A very bad skiing accident put him out of action for over two years and it was during his rehabilitation that his perspective on life altered and he decided to pursue an earlier dream.

And so, in 2010, Tier One Clothing was born. Not only standing for quality and attention to detail, the brand embodies a passion for life and is here to remind us that, whatever life throws at you, determination and devotion can help get you a long way.
