Meelay

Meelay was founded in 2001 in the aim to support traditional and independent craftspeople in Asia.  Although there has been an influx of merchandise from Asia to the West, it is often highly commercialised.  We believe that there is an international demand for high quality organic products and feel that it is important to support local communities and cottage industries.  With this in mind, we utililise our own network of autonomous craftspeople and traders adhering to ethical sourcing and fair trade. All our products are hand crafted from organic materials.

We consider it important, to share our fortune and a percentage of our sales is donated predominantly to orphanages and charities in Asia.
