How secure is your site?

Our site security is powered by SagePay, one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the UK

 3D Secure is a culmination of Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC). 3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, you can pay by cheque.  Please phone us first first so that we can give you the order total including delivery to your area for the product(s) you want.  Post your cheque along with a note indicating the products you are ordering and your delivery address to: The Travelling Souk, Cherbury House, Nr Longworth, Oxfordshire, OX13 5HW.  Once we have received your cheque, your order will be processed

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we do take orders over the phone. Please phone our offices on +44 1865 821835 during office hours: Monday - Friday 09.00am to 16.30pm

Becoming a stallholder

I would like to become a stallholder; have I missed the registration date for this year?

We accept registrations throughout the year so there is no need to wait until a particular month or time.

I would like to become a stallholder; do you have any events in my area? 

Once you have registered you will receive details of all our events; you can then choose to which ones you apply.

Delivery

What are your delivery charges for UK Mainland?

Our delivery charges differ from stallholder to stallholder.  For accurate delivery rates, please add an item (or items) to your shopping cart.  When you go to view your basket you will be able to 'Calculate Shipping' which will display the delivery rates for the items in your basket.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all products. You will be notifed during the checkout process what items can be shipped to you, and what the charged will be.
