When you order a product from one of our Stallholders whose products are displayed on thetravellingsouk.com we will confirm when the order is being despatched. This will happen within three to five working days and often sooner (unless specified otherwise in the product description) but we have to make allowances for busy stallholders who work alone and may be selling at an event.

Our Stallholders’ products are always sent First Class and many are sent Special or Next Day Delivery, especially valuable or bulky items. Please read the description about each product where any special delivery information can be found, such as if delivery is free.

If you require specific delivery information about an order you have placed or you wish to organise an incredibly special delivery please contact info@thetravellingsouk.com in the first instance and quote your order number for speed.

If you have ordered products from more than one stallholder they may arrive at different times and in different parcels as in all cases they are despatched direct from each individual stallholder.

International delivery is available on selected products.

If you have ordered something as a present for someone and you’d like it to be sent direct to them you can include a personal message with the gift and can ask for it to be gift wrapped. You will be asked to write your personal message when you reach the checkout.

Perishables

Perishables are not despatched by our stallholders at the end of the week in case they spend the week-end in transit. Therefore please place your larder orders well before the weekend.
