Delivery Information

When selecting your delivery date, please note that we only deliver on Tuesday through to Thursday. No delivery is possible at weekends or on Mondays.  Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday for next day delivery, or for delivery on the date specified.

We send out our freshly cooked goods by overnight carrier. Therefore, if you do not receive your order by 5-00 p.m. on the day requested, please could you let us know as soon as possible and definitely within 24 hours.

The carriers require parcels to be signed for; so please can you ensure there is someone available to do this. If this presents a problem please could you advise us before the parcel is despatched.

Our delivery charge is £7.50 to each location regardless of size of order.

We regret that we must charge an extra £13.50 for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and The Isle of Man. (£21.00 in all).
