Christmas Orders:

No deliveries will be made between the 22nd December and 11 January!
In extreme weather conditions we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day, but we do our best to get them to you as requested. Areas worst affected are Scotland and South East England. If you are unsure, please call first: 01865 821835

Delivery for TUESDAY - FRIDAY ONLY!!!

Friday to Sunday deliveries are excluded to ensure that your order is delivered within the working week.  UK Bank Holidays & Public Holidays and days each side of them will be excluded for delivery.

If you want your order delivered tomorrow (next day delivery), you must place the order before 12pm.

Please use a delivery address where goods can be signed for.  At the checkout you will be asked to include recipient’s telephone number and any drop off / delivery / directions instructions.

Christmas Orders:

We make special arrangements to cope with the Christmas demand:

Last Orders: Orders required in time for Christmas and New Year should be place NO LATER THAN 11th December. 
Christmas Despatch: Please note that delivery on a specific day during this period cannot be guaranteed.

Orders required for the week ending 18th December will be despatched from 14-16th December along with most Christmas orders. Orders required for 23rd December can be dispatched on 21st December by Premium Delivery only.  These orders will need to be placed by phone. Please note that this late dispatch leaves no room for courier error.

Our selected couriers, in the main, provide an excellent delivery service throughout the year but like all couriers companies become stretched in the week prior to Christmas. Given that we are sending out perishable goods we urge you, where possible, to receive personal Christmas orders earlier in December and freeze if necessary.
