Event Description
Mary Hare School provides education for deaf children from the ages of 5 - 19 years. The School is open to any deaf child in the UK and where funding exists, from overseas. The School teaches using an auditory/oral approach, without the use of sign language. "Mary Hare School is an outstanding school in which an outstanding curriculum enables its pupils and students to both enjoy school and make excellent progress. Overall, their achievement is outstanding. The school has a strong focus upon raising pupils’ expectations of themselves and what they can achieve.
