Ginger fudge by Marsden's Confectionary

Made using only the finest ingredients without any artificial flavourings this fudge is based on a traditional recipe. The crystalized ginger is grated and added at the beginning of the cooking process so the flavour is infused throughout and there will also be a small pices of ginger in each piece.
