We marinade the duck breast in our special brine solution seasoned with garlic. The duck breast is then lightly smoked cooked over oak sawdust for a delicate flavour, ready to serve.Excellent as a starter - perhaps a salade tiede, made with radiccio lettuce and gently warmed olice or walnut oil and balsamic vinegar.
Shelf life 14 days.
