This subtle flavoured ham is lightly oak smoked and boneless. Ideal for slicing, it will augment any cold table. We smoke a number of meats to our own recipe that aim to provide a delicate and not too overpowering smokiness while maintaining a succulent and tender texture. The minimum shelf life of this product is 21 days. Gives approximately 14 generous helpings.
