Relaxation:
- Add a small amount to a hot bath to help relaxation and perfume the body. This will greatly enhance a good nights sleep and scent the bathroom for days.
- Sprinkle a few drops on your pillow to help a good night's nights sleep.
- Use with almond oil to create a soothing massage oil.

For the house:
- Use lavender oil to scent your laundry. Pour a little into the softener compartment of your washing machine or into the final rinse of a hand wash. This gives your clothes and household laundry a delicious fresh smell and keeps clothing free of moths.
- Sprinkle a few drop onto a sponge and wipe over kitchen surfaces. This freshens your kitchen and also deters flies.

Medicinal:
- Lavender is a natural antiseptic. Rub a few drops on cuts, spots, bites or inflammations.
- Add small amount to shampoo while washing your child's hair. This vastly reduces the possibility of nits.
- Rub on your temples to relieve headaches.
