Award winning tender Suffolk Gressingham duck breast. This has been lightly cured and hot-smoked which gives it a rich but delicate flavour.
- Very thinly sliced it makes a perfect starter served on a bed of dressed salad leaves with anything fruity! Try it with orange segments, strawberries, berry sauce, or damson or redcurrant couli and a sprinkle of roasted pinenuts or walnuts.
- For a delicious canape - arrange thin slices on a platter around a dipping bowl of Thai Jelly or Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly.
